June 2025

We took Rover out of storage and brought her home to continue the renovation.  Storage took its toll on the batteries and a leveler gave us problems again.  We called out the mechanics and thankfully they got us on the road, but not before a quick once over.  Once we jumped the batteries she ran like a champ.  The mechanics recommend replacing both items, as well as having the tires looked at.  We have lots of tread but the sidewall are dry/cracking.   Another item on the priority list is replacing the windshield.  There is a crack on the driver's side and some molding/seal problems on the passenger side (it's a split windshield).

The next couple of weeks we will be reaching out to local business to see if they will partner/sponsor us with the needed replacements,

All-in-all it was so good to get Rover home and continue her transformation.
